We send transactional messages such as verification codes, deal launch alerts, and capital milestone updates based on your account settings and marketplace activity. We do not sell your email address to third-party marketers.

Deal information is visible to authorized collective members according to your role and listing permissions. We may share data with service providers (hosting, email delivery) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.
5. Document and AI processing
If you upload assignment agreements or related files, content may be processed by automated extraction tools to prefill listing fields. Do not upload documents you are not permitted to share. Remove sensitive data you do not want stored on the platform.
6. Data retention and security
We retain account and deal records while your membership is active and as needed for legal, audit, or dispute purposes. We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards; no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
7. Your choices
- Update profile information from your account settings.
- Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable law provides those rights.
- Stop using the Service and request account closure by emailing support.
8. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
